Food & Nutrition
We provide 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food served will be simple but nutritious Chinese food. We aim to vary the food, when possible, that we serve from day to day to keep it interesting!
We DON’T use MSG. Our food is cooked with a tiny bit of oil and not much salt.
We grow a variety of fruit and vegetables on our kung fu schools grounds. These fruit and vegetables will be provided to all students when in season.
If you have any other dietary requirements please just let us know and we will do our best to create a custom menu.
