Training Schedule

This is full on training. We train from dawn until dusk. You can start training at your own pace and we will help develop your levels of strength, flexibility and speed really quickly. With commitment to your kung fu training you will see great improvements in your kung fu skills.

Train 1 Year In 1 Month! Put it this way, if you train in a regular club you might train 2 or 3 times per week. Here, You can get 1 year of training packed into 1 month!
